A big beauty haul

Hey everyone. Today I've got the first part of a two parter haul for you and it's the makeup section today. I've done a fair bit of shopping since after Christmas on the makeup and skincare front and I thought I'd show you what I've bought. I even managed to get some of these products on some great deals too, which makes me feel slightly less guilty about buying so much.

Firstly I got a few bits from Kiko and they were the Kiko intensely lavish lipstick in 03 luscious red which is from the Rebel Romantic collection and the Kiko moon dust face powder in 01 mysterious pink which is from the Cosmic Starlets collection. Both of these were on sale and I got the lipstick for £3.40  and the face powder for £9.70.
Next I got another blusher but this one is from I heart makeup which I think is a brand that's part of Makeup Revolution and it's the blushing hearts triple baked blusher in Candy queen of hearts. It's just a pretty pink blush that's packaged just like the Too Faced sweet heart blushers and it cost only £4.99.
Then from L'oreal I got the infallible 24h-matte foundation in the shade vanilla which I think is the second lightest shade and this was £7.99.
On the soap and glory front I got the love at first blush blusher and the solar powder bronzer which I've been wanting to try for ages and these were £11 each but on buy one get one half price so one of them worked out at only £5.50.
Then from Rimmel I got the lasting finish soft colour blush in bronze and the brow this way eyebrow gel in mid brown. The blush was £2.80 and the brow gel was £2.80 as well, these prices were cheaper than what they would normally be as I got them from Feel Unique in the sale.
From Zoella's brand I got the tutti fruity kissy missy lip balm. I've never tried anything from Zoella's brand so I thought I would try this, it was £2.70 from Feel Unique. (Ignore the dent in it, I may or may not have accidentally jammed my finger nail in to it whilst trying to open it..)
From Mac I got two blushers, one in Dollymix and one in Style. Dollymix is a hot pinky shade and style is more of a peachy pink and these were both £18.50 each.
(left to right// Not giving up, To get lucky, Saviour will come, Still missing my baby)
Finally and I think possibly my favourite purchases are these #liphug lipsticks from Makeup Revolution in the shades Not giving up, To get lucky, Saviour will come and Still missing my baby. I got these all for £1.25 each instead of £2.50 as Makeup Revolution had a sale on as well.

So that's the end of the first part of my haul and as you can see I picked up lots of lovely things. Make sure to keep an eye out for Fridays post where the skincare half will be going up. If there are any products in particular you want me to do reviews on then please let me know down below. Thanks for reading.

My winter morning routine

I've watched lots of 'morning routines' lately on YouTube and they are one of my favourite types of video to watch so I decided that today I would show you my morning routine but written down with pictures instead of the usual video like it would be with a YouTube video.
So to start off with as it's the weekend as I'm writing this I've been getting up some where in between 8.00am and 9.00am, but like every other teenager on this planet I don't leave my bed for at least another good half an hour as I have to catch up on social media first.
So after going through instagram, snapchat, facebook etc etc I will go downstairs and make myself some breakfast if I think I can stomach it that day. I am NOT a breakfast person at all because I feel sick a lot in the mornings and eating makes me feel even worse. However sometimes my mum does force me to eat something as it is the most important meal of the day. (apparently?!) and so I will usually just have a bowl of cereal.
After this I will then go and have a shower and use the Aussi repair miracle shampoo and conditioner for my hair and the Champneys shower gel to wash my body with. Then I will use the St Ives blemish fighting scrub all over my face and then some of the Simple face wash to finish off and make sure my face is completely clean.
Then I will go upstairs and get changed and do my makeup, I kept it fairly simple today and I wont list everything I used but you can just see it from the photo above.
Then being the unsociable butterfly I am, I won't go out most of the time and I'll just stay in and spend most of the day in my bedroom on my laptop. Only occasionally coming out for food... just joking.

So that's my morning routine and I hope you enjoyed it. As you can see though I don't really get up to much but it's cold outside anyway and the thought of going out in that weather is horrible! Thanks for reading.

L'oreal infallible 24h-matte foundation review

Today I've got a review for you on the L'oreal infallible 24h-matte foundation.

I heard lots of people hype over this foundation for quite a while before I finally decided to bite the bullet and just buy it. I'd been on the look out, and still am, for a foundation to replace my trusty, yet rather expensive Mac studio fix fluid as my bank account just wasn't thanking me about that being my go to foundation. So I decided to pick this up in the second lightest shade which is number 11 vanilla hoping it would do the trick.

I really like the application of this foundation and it goes on really nicely when I buff it in to my skin giving me a medium coverage I would say. But unfortunately that's where my like for this product ends, Being the yellow undertoned individual that I am, I found this foundation was way to pinky for my skin and I ended up resembling somewhat of a salmon fish.

Even with bronzer and everything over the top I still thought I looked like I had mildly caught the sun and personally that's not a look I strive for! However as I wasn't leaving the house on the day I was wearing this I just left it on and by then end of the day I was surprised to see that it was all still pretty much on and it didn't look cakey or anything.

All in all if it wasn't so pinky toned it would be great foundation for me, but alas I represent the NC undertone girls (neutral cool) and it just isn't going to work. If any of you have tried out any of the other shades or any other L'oreal foundations then please let me know if as a brand their foundations lean more to the pinky tones. Thanks for reading.

The beauty tag

Hey guys, today I'm going to fill in the 30 question beauty tag so you can find out a little bit more about me.

Full coverage foundation is a must for me.
